Discovering your signature character strengths
Developing your 4S personal resilience plan
Feeding your body’s natural resilience and immunity with Functional Nutrition basics
Determining your next self-care steps using the IFM self-care questionnaire and your newly constructed personal resilience plan
Coaching includes:
Weekly, 1-hour live Zoom session with Jen Porto (recordings provided)
Entertaining and enlightening group exercises such as: eye of the hurricane, urge surfing, taking a daily holiday, cooking mindfully, passengers on a bus and 9 + 90 challenge
Companion mobile app Nudge (HIPAA compliant) for personalized tracking of resilience ratings, character strengths use, and self-care activities. Includes private social community (within app -optional) for support, celebrations and pop-in videos from Jen Porto with extra tips!
