Quite simply, a few years ago, I started seeing a trend. My executive coaching clients kept asking me to coach their “rising star” sons, daughters, and high-potential performers.
They had experienced firsthand how I had changed their lives and they wanted the same for their loved ones and key employees. Once I did, I was hooked. I love coaching rising stars!
